CEO of highly successful production company Verse Entertainment, Mr. Frasca is an Award Winning songwriter and record producer with over 20 years in the music business. He has worked with dozens of legendary artists including Madonna, Aretha Franklin, Prince, Janet Jackson, Celine Dion and Avril Lavigne. A Grammy Award nominee, he has served on the Board of Governors of NARAS.

Michael Stack

President / A&R

Launching FAMOUS MUSIC in the UK, Mr. Stack has subsequently held senior positions at BMG Music Publishing and ASCAP, both in New York and London. He is responsible for the signings of such global artists as Radiohead, Alanis Morissette, John Mayer and Ringo Starr.

Faith Newman-Orbach

Business Development

Hired by Russell Simmons as one of the first employees of legendary Def Jam Records, Ms. Newman-Orbach established the company’s administrative foundation and publishing entities as well as serving as Vice President of A&R. She went on to create an Urban division for Columbia Records and serve as VP of A&R for Jive Records. Her signings include Jamiroquoi and NAS.

Sabelle Breer

A Multiple Award Winning songwriter/producer, Sabelle is recently accredited with launching the Platinum careers of some of today’s music superstars, most notably; Avril Lavigne, Ryan Cabrera, and Stacie Orrico. A recording artist for both the SONY and TOMMY BOY labels, Sabelle brings her unique and extensive experience of “both sides of the glass” to her executive position.
